Day two down !!!!!! Doing a bit better today.....feeling a bit more like myself

and not so much of the inner turmoil

. I know each time I get a craving, that if I change my surroundings

, say to myself this too shall pass

, and take a deep breath

....it gets easier each time

. and I am now coming off of a smiley overload !!!!

Looking forward to the rest of this week and weekend, a wonderful distraction has been started !!!!

Thank you baby for all your support and you know you have mine, keep up the good work
