I'm getting back to my vegetarian ways after being off the wagon for the last several months. I will still occasionally enjoy a very rare steak but I really do enjoy my mostly-vegetarian ways when I'm on.
Tonight I'm just having a giant plate of vegetables (blackeyed peas, peas and carrots, onions sauteed in red wine and black pepper, and steamed spinach with a ton of garlic and lemon). What's your favorite veggie plate combo?
