Echoing what many have said....I tend to put my friend or family member first...or the one I've known the longest.
...and, when I sign birthday greetings here I tend to say "Jo & Scoote", but when I talk to my friend Annie (of the Annie & Ron couple), I say "Scoote and I went to the beach"
