 on this thread! lol at MY house it goes UNDER (and if any of y'all come to visit and change it... i'll hurt yah!  ) not really, but i do have a reason... i was an OVER girl till i had kid. kid wastes A LOT of paper (fur kids aren't the only ones who like to play with it) if i put it OVER (it unravels easier that way)... so as not to waste trees and $$ it goes UNDER in mah house! outside of my house... i could give a rat's ass. so nah!
