Tonight was jambalaya. Chicken andouille sausage, turkey breast, brown rice and a ton of spice so I forget that there's barely any fat in it!

Being I dont drink sodas anywhere like I use to,I keep a pitcher of ice water in the fridge,plus I keep bottles of desani water in the freezer to take with me when I go any where..I defrost them enough for water to slosh in the bottle and off I go,these are the 2 1/2 serveing bottles so im drinking atleast 3 a day.

Good Morning Everyone,
I had yogurt, soymilk and ice cream all day and I woke up from my nap to no pain! Woohoo.. This morning I had: Breakfast: Chobani Greek Yogurt with a glass of soymilk. Snacks: Applesauce -Publix has it on sale for $1.99 for the large jar of Motts- Lunch: I am going to try and have one scrambled egg so I can get my protein in today Dinner: Not sure yet. I may have some soup. It is hard to eat due to my baby tooth in the front being pulled; so I cannot bite into anything. Have a wonderful day! Zimmeh

Today I made organic boneless chicken thighs I got on sale with a coupon. I placed them in glass baking dish, pour EVOO on them, then smothered them with mushrooms, garlic, some wild oregano and tossed some dried cranberries in. The cranberries were an afterthought but it came out really nice. Then got a bunch of containers and put rice, the chicken on top and some organic veggies, making my own little healthy TV dinners. I use to buy a lot of Amy's Organic frozen dinners, I still do, but cut back after seeing the amount of sodium in it! wow
Now I'm cooking extra every meal and freezing some. Saves me so much time and money, especially eating as much organic as I do. One can of organic beans ( 99 cents) can span over three meals. The organic frozen veggies are often on sale and I buy LOTS. You can stir fry them, eat them as a side. Oh also I wanted to add.... most frozen dinners, organic or others, the serving size is too small for me. I try and stay away from lean cuisine but when I did eat them I'd eat two! so I make my own dinners, add more veggies, less rice and then include a salad. I'm a pretty big eater.

Just got back from my pre-Thanksgiving shopping, which occurred at the farmer's market...

Happy day after Thanksgiving - everyone...♥ Hope you all had a wonderful day with families & loved ones. i spent it with Mtn, and we cooked together (the very same meals) and ate together , and then later on we made a dessert together, and it was a wonderful day & night.. We made turkey breast, seasoned with rosemary & sage.. i added green onions as well... we made our own healthy dressing, i used ww bread crumbs, celery, onion, mushrooms, etc.. delicious.. steamed carrots, green peppers & i steamed some broccoli as well for added vegetable.. cranberries.. He had gravy, i did not.. & for dessert we baked an apple, stuffed it with some raisins, a bit of brown sugar and sprinkled with cinnamon - it was delicious.. As though i was eating my own apple pie.. i love that we come up with ways that i can do things without the guilt and that he shares in those with me.. i didn't feel overstuffed and portionned really well, proud of myself..We ate the dessert later in the evening and i also bought 2 light beers to drink with him.. (i havent drank beer in years & years, LOL) but it was such fun, though it always is with Him..(least i won't fight to drink His beer on Him LOLOL) The saddest part of this was walking in and BUYING 2 single beers and getting teased til the moment i walked out that door by the 3 guys working there, about being such a wild party girl, hahahaha.. love to You all ♥
