I downloaded a word search thingy on my android. It makes time pass whilst on breaks at work so I'm not tempted. I'm weird though. I've found that if I start craving, if I keep my mouth closed and inhale a slow deep breath through my teeth then exhale slowly, it mimics the activity of smoking and I'm okay again. |
